As a Customer Service Representative, you will partner with Ophir Photonics Sales team to manage and support its Subsidiaries and Distribution network. In this role, you will report to the Ophir Director of Sales

Customer service support. Includes Order processing, updating lead-times and Order confirmation
Evaluating End User Statements
On going communication with distributors and end customers
Updating lead-times after weekly meeting
Operation of support systems like E2Open and CONTRAXX

דרישות התפקיד

3+ years experience in a service role
Computer skills: Office, Outlook, Excel, ERP system (Ex SAP / Oracle)
Capable to communicate in English
Team player, open minded and active
