The role requires the ability to “see the bigger picture” and make strategic decisions based on market directions while considering Mobileye’s capabilities, customer requests & market need
Lead technical discussions with worldwide automotive OEMs and Tier1 companies to translate future projects requirements into product definitions
Serve as a knowledge source in your field, enabling smart strategic decision-making on Mobileye’s product roadmap
Interact with all R&D disciplines (Algo, HW, SW), testing, and engineering teams to lead new product implementation within the company
Draw high-level product requirements based on management directives and inputs from customer project managers
דרישות התפקיד
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Physics or a related engineering field (M.Sc. / MBA – an advantage)
Strong background in electro-optical devices & systems (system engineering experience of electro-optical systems – an advantage)
Experience in customer-facing positions
Proven success in working across an organization with different teams and departments
Ability to clearly define product requirements based on broad customer and management directives
Independent, self-starter, fast learner with a “can-do approach”
Fluent in English and Hebrew
Nice to have
Hands-on experience as SW/Algo developer
Familiarity with Computer Vision
Familiarity with AI & ML
**Our offices are located at Jerusalem, but we foster a remote-friendly environment, combining work from home 2/3 days a week
